Apartment "Λήδα" in the old town

A newly renovated 43m2 apartment, dating from 1894. In a quiet but lively neighborhood, it offers the unique opportunity to get to know the Cretan way of life in the heart of the old town. The space The apartment is ideal for couples (with or without a child) or for a good group of three people. Entering the apartment you will see the kitchen on your right hand, the dressing room on the left and right next to the kitchen is the bathroom. Further inside the apartment there is an open space in which the dining room and the living room are located. Next to the dining room there is a wooden staircase that leads to the sleeping area where there is a queen size bed, measuring 160 x 200. In front of the living room is the balcony where you can relax while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon drink. Guest access The property consists of two apartments that share the same entrance from the main road. Right next to the main entrance lock are two lockboxes, one for each apartment. You'll be given instructions once the reservation is confirmed. Once you get the keys from the lock, you will open the main street entrance on the ground floor and see a concrete staircase that will take you to a small lobby on the first floor. The apartment is on your left as you go up the stairs. The apartment is private and intended for use exclusively by the people who booked it and only by them. Other things to note In the summer season, which begins on April 1 and ends on October 31, the old town area (this also applies to Agia Varvara Street, where you will find the main entrance of the apartment) is pedestrianized most of the time during the day. During this period, cars are only allowed through the old town from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., while the promenade is closed to cars from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. More or less the same applies in the winter season (November to March) where cars are allowed from 6 in the morning until 12 in the morning. However, in the winter season there is no car restriction for the coastal road. There is a specific way of collecting garbage in the old town. You'll be given instructions when the reservation is confirmed. You are not allowed to leave your bags on the street. They must be in a specific bin. Please note that you have booked an apartment in a family business. There is great joy in hosting when guests are happy and satisfied, so I really want guests to feel comfortable with the apartment, but at the same time please treat the property with respect as if it were your own.
