This phase of the Parque da Praia condominium consists of 4 townhouses that share the exclusive use of a pool and garden. The Beach Park is a prestigious area, highly sought after by tourists in Luz beach. Mainly due to the quality of the existing properties and its location so close to the beach and the village center. All bedding is provided, including pool towels. By the pool (which is shared with 3 other properties in the condominium) our guests can enjoy outdoor furniture (sun loungers, umbrella with base, dining table and chairs) The access to the condominium pool is strictly private and for use by the 4 houses in this phase. We ask that you make normal use, with respect for the other co-owners. Travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request and with a small extra cost. For stays longer than 14 nights, you will have cleaning service with a complete change of bed linens and towels. For stays between 10 and 14 nights, you will have a towel change midway through the stay. No smoking Pets not allowed It is not allowed to charge electric vehicles on the property. Quiet hours between 10 Pm and 8 Am CoolHouses manages this house and its team is always available to provide assistance to the guest and can help with booking Airport Transfer to/from or rent-a-car. In case of stays longer than 28 nights, the cost of water, gas, and electricity consumption will be charged separately. There will also be a cleaning fee to cover the costs of cleaning after departure. Cleaning and laundry services may or may not be included, depending on the terms and agreed price.
