On the other side are stellar views of Pusch Ridge and the Catalina mountains, so close, you'll feel as if you can touch them. Walk or drive just 3 minutes through the neighborhood to the Pima Canyon trail head. Shopping and restaurants are just below. The pool is not currently heated but the jacuzzi is hot and ready! The space Quiet, secluded mid-century home with charming updates. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath and garage. Large kitchen that will service up to 12 guests. The drip and Keurig coffee makers are ready to go with plenty of coffee, Splenda, Stevia, sugar and creamers. Also included are, Reverse Osmosis purified Water, Washer & Dryer, internet television, three smart TV's placed in the living room and two of the guest rooms, computer room/office space with printer, gas fireplace, and swimming pool (Not Heated). Enjoy our amazing heated Jacuzzi. Step outside and choose your view with three areas of patio furniture to relax and enjoy. Guest access The whole house is accessible! Other things to note We want our guests to enjoy their time at Royal Suffolk and we will try our very best to accommodate any needs in the most friendly and hospitable way possible. Connect to the internet via a WiFi porter that sits on the counter in the kitchen area. Apple users, scan the QR Code, android users tap the WiFi symbol. You'll find a users guide located on the kitchen counter that will help you with tech questions you might have about how things work in the home and of course we're always avail to help via phone and text. not included in the instructions is a newly installed Jacuzzi. You’ll need to remove the cover. There are four hold down clips which are commonly broken as it’s easy to miss them when lifting the cover.
