Comfortable open space apartment near Lugano station and the city centre, fully furnished and with fantastic lake view. You can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the lake of Lugano from the spacious balcony. The space The apartment is equipped with a double bed and a double sofa bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). It is ideal for one person or a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people.  The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home. A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. The apartment does not have a private parking space, but guests can park in the paid public car parks close to the building. Guest access Please be reminded that you will enter the apartment by doing a SELF CHECK-IN. An e-mail with the INSTRUCTIONS (including a step-by-step guide) on how to access the apartment autonomously will be sent to you after you successfully complete the online registration. In case of need, our customer service is ready to assist you from 8am to 10pm by phone, email or Whats-app. Other things to note Bus stop, train stop an airport shuttles are in walking distance from the apartment.
