Karawatha Cottages - The Relish

Nestled on a hill side in the Blewitt Springs region of McLaren Vale, each of our three Cottages (Ponder, Unwind and Relish) offers relaxed, unpretentious luxury - an ideal escape from it all. Each cottage at Karawatha Cottages is fully self-contained, with stunning views over vineyards towards the Mount Lofty Ranges and offers an eclectic mix of old and new, with all the modern amenities and luxuries - and best of it all, several cellar doors and restaurants in walking distance. The space Our RELISH cottage offers an open-plan layout with kitchen, living and dining area. The cottage has a flat-screen TV, reverse cycle AC as well as a wood log heater (for use in winter months only). A deck with chairs and table ensures guests can relax and enjoy the sublime views while having a meal or simply a glass of local wine. The “RELISH” cottage features: - 1 bedroom with queen size bed - Ceiling fan in bedroom - Luxury linen & towels - Bathroom with rain shower and free toiletries - Full kitchen facilities including dishwasher - Provisions for cooked breakfast - Bottle of local wine per stay - Wood heater (winter months only) - Reverse Cycle air conditioning for heating and cooling - Flat screen Smart TV - Private, furnished deck with sublime views - Use of shared patio with gas BBQ and open fire place - Off road parking Guest access In addition to their own fully-self-contained cottage our guests can also access a patio with an outdoor open fire place, a BBQ as well as a large communal table. Other things to note We can provide guests with contact details of a local transport service, to get to events such as weddings, birthday celebrations and concerts. Winery tour providers pick-up from our place. But - why not just walk to Geddes Wines (200 m away), Woodstock Wine Estate (600 m away), Beresford Estate (400 m away) or for the more energetic Dog Ridge and Shottesbrooke wineries (15-20 minutes walk away) Regarding restaurants the Vale Tap House, Woodstock Coterie and the award winning Current Shed are all in walking distance.
