This unique and very well equipped house is situated at the heart of the Isuskiza gated community in the vibrant Plentzia coastal village. Surrounded by a spectacular tropical garden in a wonderful environment with mountains, river and vibrant beaches to enjoy exceptional experiences without renouncing the varied and world-renowned cultural and gastronomic offer offered by the city of Bilbao and the Basque Country, such as the Guggenheim Museum and first class restaurants. The access to the 1,600m2 plot is accessible by vehicles through a large sliding door, or in a pedestrian way using the available gate. The house, bright and sunny, is distributed on the ground floor by a hexagonal hall that connects the bedrooms, kitchen and living area and a large terrace facing west. Through stairs you can access the first floor and also a large garage where there is a laundry room and a play room for children. This floor offers a large kitchen open to the dining room and living area, and practical access to the garden and different terraces where you can enjoy exceptional views and relax in an environment of incomparable nature and privacy. The bedrooms are composed of three double bedrooms each, with access to its own terrace and garden facing south. The master bedroom with a double bed has a bathroom.
