Terrific star gazing at night! Plenty of room for everyone; 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 larger living areas, loft, equipped kitchen & BBQ. Ample parking space. Nearby hiking, biking & ATV trails. Ice fish & snowmobile in the winter! Close proximity to Bryce Canyon & Zion National Parks, Cedar Breaks, Brian Head Ski Resort & more!! The space Cedar Pine Cabin sits on one acre of beautiful land. You will have the entire home and property to yourselves! The cozy cabin & bedrooms are decorated with woodland & rustic accents. There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with King beds, one of the rooms has a crib. The third bedroom has a King bed, plus a bunk, with a double bed on the bottom. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, with two sets of bunk beds. There is another queen bed that is in a common area. The Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking essentials including; pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, coffee maker with provided filters, slow cooker, spices and many other needs. BBQ is available with included propane. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. Washer & dryer on-site. Thoughtful string lights decorate the deck for your night-time enjoyment. Plenty of on-site parking will accommodate many guests. Enjoy the spacious TV room, large gathering table for meals and games next to the fireplace, and a kids loft area complete with toys. Roku TV, assortment of movies, games & toys are available to suit all ages. The cabin is situated just one mile from Panguitch Lake. The fishing is some of the best that Utah has to offer, even in the winter with terrific ice fishing! The lake offers multiple places to rent boats or book a horse-back riding adventure. Take a day trip to Zion or Bryce National Park or venture to other highly rated local hot spots including; Cedar Breaks, Brian Head, Duck Creek Village, Mammoth Cave, Kodachrome Basin and more! Be sure to enjoy the star gazing from the deck at night in the solitude of the peaceful forest! Guest access You will be sent a code within 24 hours of your arrival time. The code will let you into the front door. You will have this entire, cozy cabin to yourselves and also enjoy the beautiful, outdoor surroundings, complete with a large deck to sit and enjoy nature!! There is a patio table and chairs. At night you can enjoy the lights that are surrounding the deck, or turn the lights off to enjoy the beautiful star gazing that surrounds you! Other things to note INFORMATION - A door code for entry will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. - A flight of stairs is required to be climbed to enter the cabin. - WiFi IS available!! - Minimal toilet paper & paper towels will be provided. YOU WILL NEED TO BRING EXTRA. - Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited! - There is a high chair available for use (typically stored in the garage). - There is a full size crib & crib mattress at the cabin. NO bedding is provided for the crib, please bring your own if planning to use. -There is also a Pack-and-Play in the upstairs bedroom in the closet. Linens are provided. - All linens ARE provided (except crib linens). - Dish soap, hand soap & small bar soaps ARE provided. Shampoo & other toiletries are NOT provided. - A TV, DVD player & Roku (you will need to use your own logins for services) ARE provided for your enjoyment along with an assortment of DVDs. - A few games, cards, puzzles, kids toys/books are all provided for your use & enjoyment. Please clean & put away any items used before leaving. - A washer & dryer is available for use. Detergent is NOT provided, however previous guests sometimes leave their unused detergent that you may use. -Fully stocked kitchen essentials available (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, assortment of spices). Coffee maker & filters provided, coffee NOT provided. Microwave. Crock pot, rice cooker are available for use. The refrigerator IS equipped with an ice maker. There is an extra refrigerator in the basement. NO dishwasher available. -BBQ IS available for use. There are two propane tanks. Tanks are not checked regularly but typically are checked often enough to avoid both being completely empty. Extra propane tanks are located in the basement. - Folding tables/chairs are available for use. It is recommended to bring your own camp chairs/canopies if outside seating & shade is desired. - There is an extra table leaf stored inside the table. - There is a small work desk inside one of the closets on the main level. - There is an outdoor fish fillet station on site. - There will be a few minimal check-out procedures for guests (removing all trash, washing used kitchenware, etc.). WINTER USE - 4x4 vehicles/chains are typically required if snow is in the forecast. Roads are only plowed in daylight hours. Driveway may or may not be plowed depending on snow height. - Ice melt IS provided. Snow shovels ARE provided for your use on stairs & deck. -A wood burning fireplace is available for your use. Wood is NOT provided, however there may be some left at the cabin you may use. Please use common fire sense (open/close flue, close screen, use metal enclosure, etc.). - Most nearby stores/essentials are closed in the winter. Closest open grocery store & gas station during winter is a 30 minute drive, north in Panguitch City (opening hours/days may vary).
