Ratsmühle vacation home "House by the pond"

The cottage has 5 lovingly designed double rooms (10 people), 2 to 3 possible extra beds (€20 per night and extra bed), a large living room with fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. There are a total of two bathrooms with shower and toilet. We offer you spacious common rooms such as kitchen/dining and living area, a lounge and terrace in the vacation home. In the dining and living area, a cozy fireplace and a spacious living area await you. Other things to note Please bring your own hand/bath towels. Energy costs (electricity and heat) will be billed for each stay from 09/2022 according to actual consumption. We charge a deposit of €150. Unfortunately, Airbnb cannot display this correctly here... The house has underfloor heating. If you also use the stove in the house or want to make a campfire outside, I charge €20 per wheelbarrow of wood. The use of the tub is not part of the contract... From - 10° the spring is usually frozen and in midsummer in recent years has dried up more often. But we can talk about it (costs €80, the guests should also be nice and not, as the other day, simply demand the use with date and time)... If it suits me in time, the water is not frozen and the weather is right, we will probably also be able to do it. In summer the tub is not used.
