The cottage has 5 lovingly designed double rooms (10 people), 2 to 3 possible extra beds (20€ per night per bed extra), a large living room with fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen. A total of two bathrooms with a shower and toilet are available. We offer you in the cottage spacious common areas such as kitchen/dining and living area, lounge and terrace. In the dining and living area, a cozy fireplace and a spacious residential area awaits you. Other things to note Please bring hand/bath towels yourself. The energy costs (electricity and heat) will be billed for any stay from 09/2022 according to actual consumption. We charge a deposit of €150. Unfortunately, this is not correct for AirBnB here... The house has underfloor heating if you also use the oven in the house, or want to make a campfire outside, I charge €20 per wheelbarrow wood. The use of the stove is not an integral part of the contract... From - 10°, the source is mostly frozen and in high summer it has dried up more often in recent years. But we can talk about it (costs €80, the guests should also be nice and not just request the use with the appointment and time recently)... If it suits me in time, the water is not frozen and the weather is right, we will probably also be able to do that. In summer the Zuber is not used.
