The space Named for Grandma Lucille, who raised 3 generations of her family on this spot, this gated Villa sits on approximately a quarter acre of waterfront cliff. Three multi-level ocean view terraces provide broad uninterrupted views of the Caribbean Sea and are perfect for lounging and grilling. Being a family home, the Villa boasts three spacious bedrooms with oceanview windows in all bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, spacious ocean-facing livingroom and an onsite washer/dryer in a safe, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
