Perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding because we’re located on the calm waters of the Anasco Bay. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, and peacefulness that our property offers. After waking up to the joyful sounds of the birds, you can take a long morning walk on the beach for miles in either direction. Relax in one of the hammocks and rejuvenate listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean while breathing in the fresh salt water air. We’re located in an affordable, safe neighborhood. Dishes, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, 12 cold beer mugs, eating utensils, pots, frying pans, cooking utensils, salad bowls. Dawn soap, Protex antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, mop, broom and fabuloso. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, one magic bullet. Cooking essential seasonings, salt, pepper and olive oil. Complimentary Puerto Rican coffee is provided along with sugar, sweeteners and filters. Cold water in the refrigerator for your arrival. (1) We have 8 new air conditioners that will cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all the windows the apartment will be cold in 10 minutes) Plus 8 ceiling fans for cooler months. (2) At check-in you will receive a key to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach. (3) You will receive four front gate remotes for your cars to access the property as we’re completely gated and fenced in. (New front gate with brand new electric motor) (4) We provide free Wifi connection via Liberty. (We feel Liberty offers the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) Our current speed is 500 MBPS (5) The family room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, Prime, YouTube and other streaming channels. There is a second TV in every primary bedroom which is a new 50” Smart TV, flat screen with Roku included. Eight TVs in total. Each apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The primary bedrooms have one Queen bed. The second bedrooms have individual twin beds. One apartment upstairs has only one full size bunk bed in the second bedroom. Two Pack ‘n Play baby cribs-(Graco & Amazon) Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for great meal preparations with all stainless steel appliances. Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit. We will provide ample firewood and lighter fluid for you during your stay. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys: Fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, several boogie boards plus noodles. Start collecting sea-shells or just lay on one of the many hammocks, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. "Al Fresco" dining is available under the Seaside Gazebo for catered dinners for 16+ guests at a very affordable price provided by a professional catering service. We have a laundromat within 5 miles that offers a convenient drop off service too. Other things to note 1. Our facility is only to be used for the amount of guests indicated in the booking. 2. Parties are not allowed unless previously coordinated and approved at the time of booking. 3. We don’t allow unregistered guests. 4. Every apartment has its own private entrance and balcony. 🐶 Pet information 🐶 Our property is the perfect place for active families that love to vacation with their dogs. Don’t worry about missing out on your next trip by leaving your dog behind because we’re a dog friendly location. Your dogs can accompany you to play in the Sand and swim in the Ocean. You can also go on long walks to the river down the beach. No time restrictions at the Beach. We allow up to 2 -3 dogs per stay under 50 pounds. You can inquire to see if we can accommodate a larger dog breed. There is a fee. You need to complete the pet request at the time of inquiry with pet breed, weight and information. We’re pet friendly but your dogs need to be documented with Airbnb at the time of the booking and not after the fact per Airbnb. If you arrive with an unexpected pet at the time of checkin Airbnb will add the fee to your stay.
