Three bed, two bath condo with a view of the Four Mile Cove EcoPark / nature preserve. Community pool / hot tub, 3 person kayak, and there is also a boat lift available for rent with advance notice ($300/mo). For videos of the community, search youtube for "Island Cove Cape Coral" NOTE: 30 day minimum stay, lease contingent upon HOA application and approval (10-14 days processing time and $100 fee required). Leases in January, February, and March must be for full calendar months. The space Modern design, with hurricane proof glass, screened lanai, internet and wifi, 42" HDTV in living room, 32" HDTV in master bedroom, Keurig coffee maker, and a 2 person kayak. Kids pool toys and life jackets for the beach or pool. Guest access Access to all space except 2nd, smaller closet in master suite (see floor plan photo). Other things to note Boat slip is available for rent for $150 per month. Slip is approximately 1 minute walk from condo. Advance notice is required.
