The entire main floor has been designed for wheelchair accessibility, with widened hallways and doorways. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by bold gold and black finishes throughout the open layout of the main level, featuring a living room, kitchen, and dining area. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace for a delightful evening ambiance. LIVING ROOM Relax in the living room with a large 55-inch Smart TV for streaming services and ample space for snacks and beverages. DINING ROOM Enjoy the ultimate dining experience on custom bench seating around the large round table. Additional barstool seating at the peninsula island adds extra convenience. KITCHEN Indulge in the fully stocked and beautifully designed kitchen equipped with all major appliances. From a spice rack to bakeware, utensils, wine glasses, and kids' dinnerware, we've thought of everything for preparing full meals. BEDROOM SETUP Bedroom 1 - Twin & 2 Converting Kid Beds A haven for kids on the main level, featuring a comfortable twin bed with storage drawers, a Smart TV, and a custom rock climbing wall. Two hangout chairs convert into kid beds, perfect for little ones. Bedroom 2 - Queen Experience comfort on the main level with gold accents, an ultra-comfortable bed, and a Smart TV. Bedroom 3 - King Master Suite Luxuriate in the spacious King Master Suite on the main level, complete with an on-suite full bathroom and thoughtful wheelchair-friendly design. Bedroom 4 - Queen On the lower level, retreat to a lovely bedroom with a comfortable Queen bed and plenty of space for your belongings. Bedroom 5 - King Master Suite & 2 Bunk Beds The spacious King Master Bedroom on the lower level features two sets of twin bunk beds for a restful night's sleep. GAME ROOM (2ND LIVING ROOM) Let the games begin in the lower level with a full-size PACMAN machine, Foosball, indoor cornhole, and a large sectional for movie nights on the 55-inch Smart TV. DECK / PATIO Step outside to a twin daybed near the coffee nook. The large deck offers ample seating, a grill, and a propane fire pit. Below, enjoy s'mores, hopscotch, or relax in the hot tub. KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES For your convenience, we provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair in the unit, making your stay with children more comfortable. PARKING Ample parking is available in the roundabout driveway and in front of the garage. You will have access to the entire house, front yard, back yard, and all the amenities during your stay including the washer and dryer! The only thing not available/accessible is the garage. Located in the neighborhood across the street form University of Colorado Colorado Springs campus, you will find you're close to all sorts of shopping, restaurants, and drinks! All about 10 minutes away due to stoplights, you're able to easily access I-25 and travel to any destinations you have in mind! Only about a 5 minute drive to a lot of great food and drinks along the Nevada Ave corridor. For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ***We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter - sometimes as low as 48°. Our hot tub heats at about 6° per hour which puts the hot tub heated to 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
