Villa Torre - Welcome to Splendour

The large villa (700 m2) stands on mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end. The space The villa's interior is very spacious with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge dining area is open plan in design. Numerous French doors lead from a well-appointed living area to the covered veranda. The house offers homely comforts. The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for 2 families to be separated but still be together. The two floors are connected by a staircase on the outside. In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized. To ensure we get the balance right we have been working with acclaimed interior designer Jessica Bataille and the results are really stunning. We have 5 new bathrooms; all bedrooms have air conditioning now and we created an additional bathroom in the Tower room from where guests will enjoy a stunning view of the Montgo Massif. Guest access Villa Torre is equipped with satellite TV, Air conditioning in all bedrooms, WIFI high-speed Internet access, a Sonos system, dishwashers, washing machine and dryer, microwaves, etc. There are 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a dining room, 2 kitchens, a gas BBQ near the pool and an indoor garage. The property is surrounded by a fence and two wooden gates. Other things to note For a stay longer than 4 weeks, the costs for gas, water and electricity will be charged based on the actual costs incurred.
