Luxury villa close to Santanyi and best beaches

Our luxury 400m2 villa is newly built in the traditional Mallorcan style with a modern open interior design all set in its own landscaped garden with dramatic views of the surrounding countryside. There are 4 spacious fully equipped bedrooms each with their own modern en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor the spacious open living/dining area leads out onto an expansive terraced area around the swimming pool with its own separate covered outdoor kitchen where you can sit and relax. The space The villa is located inland close to the charming village of Santanyi, 25 minutes from the airport, 35 minutes from Palma and 15 minutes from some of the best beaches and coves on the island. The villa and surroundings are an Ideal setting for a large family or groups of friends looking for a quiet restful stay while enjoying gourmet cooking, water activities, golf, road biking and exploring wonderful restaurants, wineries and historical places. A car is necessary, as there is no public transportation available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house without sharing with anybody else Other things to note The house is equipped with central individualized air-conditioning throughout, radiant floor heat, mosquito window screens, gate with intercom, alarm, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. It is provided with quality linens and towels. Extra cleanings and cooking can be arranged at extra cost. A resort fee of 300€ will be charged with the booking, but it will be refunded if the electricity consumption is less than 150€/week and the villa is returned in good condition.
