Casa La Luna is nestled under oak trees and surrounded by ranch land in Meiners Oaks, Ojai. The cottage was built in 1940 and has been fully renovated and thoughtfully furnished with natural elements and vintage and modern rustic decor. The home is a peaceful retreat with indoor/outdoor living spaces, beautiful surrounding natural landscapes, hiking trails, swimming holes, horse ranches, wellness retreats and eateries close by. The space Originally built as a small cottage on a ranch, the property includes the main house, with 2 queen bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as a detached small studio with a queen pullout sofa bed and ladder leading to a loft with queen bed. The home has an peaceful indoor-outdoor flow, with an outdoor dining area and deck that connects the main cottage with the studio, along with natural native landscaping and areas to relax throughout. The property includes an outdoor shower with a cedar privacy wall to enjoy under the oak trees along the barranca (seasonal creek). Casa la Luna is furnished with one-of-a-kind art, handmade ceramics, Turkish and Moroccan rugs, natural soaps and organic cotton and Parachute linens. Guests are welcome to use anything in the house, including the record player, books and games, as well all as the outdoor shower, hammock, outdoor gas BBQ/grill and fire pit.
