The Aloé cottages welcome you to Calviac-en-Périgord, a small village 10 km from Sarlat and 2 km from the banks of the Dordogne River. Three charming cottages with terrace in a wooded area by the pool. You will appreciate the tranquility of the place and its bucolic setting. Ideally located to discover the Dordogne Valley as well as part of the Lot Valley (Rocamadour, Padirac, Martel). The space The "vine" cottage (55m2) is carefully equipped for your comfort, On the ground floor, a living room/kitchen, a bedroom (bed 140 cm), a shower room and independent toilet. Upstairs, an air-conditioned room with two beds in 90, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The terrace is on the side of the cottage, with garden furniture, sunbeds and barbecue. The saltwater swimming pool (5m x 10m) is common to the 3 cottages, open from 1 May to 30 October, unheated. Bikes are available (2 adult VTCs, 2 teen mountain bikes, 1 child ATV), departure from a beautiful bike path 1.5km away – Ping pong The cottages are located on a property of 2 hectares, the cottage is independent and adjoining another cottage. Large outdoor parking integrated into the property and located below the cottages. A natural path that includes a few steps leads to the cottages. Other things to note From April 4 to September 26, 2026, rental is by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of 35 euros is to be paid on site if you do not wish to do it. Small dogs are accepted with the prior agreement of the owner.
