It doesn’t get better than staying on the picturesque Allegheny River in the historic town of Franklin with private river access! Feel at home with our fully equipped, open concept kitchen, organic coffee, quality linens and soaps. Sit on the deck and enjoy nature, have a fire (wood provided). Downtown is just minutes away, offering shopping and dining. For cycling or kayaking, the Samuel Justus Bike Trail is a few minutes’ ride and Oars Kayak Tours is steps away. The space Cozy, peaceful location on a dead end street, with your own private deck overlooking the Allegheny River where you will enjoy the gorgeous sunrise each morning! Guest will have sole access to lower level of the home with its own entrance and is connected to the upstairs by a door in basement that is key locked on both sides. Only shared space would be the backyard along the water. The yard has two fire pits, with complementary fire wood provided. You’ll find a well stocked kitchen with more than your basic spices and condiments needed for cooking a meal, your own washer/dryer hypo-allergenic detergent provided, a private deck with a grill where you can cook a meal or enjoy your morning coffee. Comfy queen bed for a good nights sleep and a queen memory foam sleeper for extra guests. Quality linens and plush towels provided. Lots of attention to detail throughout to ensure a pleasant stay! Take a Kayak/Canoe tour with OARS who is steps away and will provide you with all your kayaking/canoeing needs. Peddling, bring your bikes and hop on the Samuel Justus Trail a 4 minute bike ride away. In town for an event or festival, or just wanting to explore what the area has to offer this is the perfect location. There are no stairs, a ramp for entrance, and is handicap accessible throughout, including railings for toilet and shower, message us if you have any questions. PETS - well behaved Pets are permitted. A $75 pet fee applies. - Please make sure your pet/s are accounted for on your reservation, failure to do so will incur an additional fee of $100 per pet. - Pets must be house-trained. - Maximum of 2 pets each under 50 lbs. - Please do not have your pet on the furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.) - If you plan to leave your pet alone at the property, it must be kept in a kennel/crate. - Please be respectful and clean up after your pet and dispose of any waste. ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking, vaping or use of any drugs Indoors or on our property. If any evidence is found indoors, you will incur a $500 fee upon departure. Guest access Guest will have access to the complete lower unit of the home, with its own entrance, parking, kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious deck with ample seating, this unit is connected to the upstairs by a door that is key locked on both sides. The back yard and two fire pits are common areas and shared with guests staying upstairs. Other things to note We’d love to host you at our peaceful getaway. The Franklin Area is famous for its beautiful, historic downtown bike paths, amazing fishing, stunning hikes, unforgettable canoeing and kayaking Allegheny River and French Creek tours offered at Oars conveniently located next door.
