Sit on the porch with your morning coffee, have a fire(wood provided) read a book—there’s something for everyone! Downtown is minutes away, offering shopping and dining. For cycling or kayaking, the Samuel Justus Bike Trail is a few minutes’ ride, Oars Kayak Tours is steps away. The space You will enjoy River views and the sunrise from almost every room in the house. Guest will have sole access to the main floor and upstairs of the home, with its own entrance and no shared walls and is connected to the lower unit by a door that is key locked from both sides. Only shared space would be the backyard along the water. Yard has two fire pits, and complementary firewood is provided. Indoor Living: Smart TV, modern farmhouse interior, open layout, interior water views, ample natural light. Three comfy queen beds for a pleasant nights sleep. Quality bed linens and plush towels provided. Kitchen: Well stocked with spices and basic condiments needed to cook a meal, microwave, coffee pot/french press, tea kettle, cooking basics, dishware & flatware Coffee and a variety of teas provided. Step outside what you'll love * Outdoor space with two fire pits may be shared if other guest are staying downstairs *Private front porch with rocking chairs is the perfect place to spend time resting and restoring with loved ones in between your adventures. Wanting to kayak or canoe down the Allegheny? OARS known for their kayaking tours is conveniently located next door. Please let JB know we sent you, he will provide you with all your kayaking/canoeing needs. The beautiful Samual Justice Trail is a 4 minute bike ride away. From this awesome location on the beautiful Allegheny to the comfortable furnishings and finishes, no details were spared to ensure a sweet stay and sleep. Enjoy waking up to the beautiful sunrise on the Allegheny river. PETS - well behaved Pets are allowed for $75 per pet. - Please make sure your pet/s are accounted for on your reservation, failure to do so will incur an additional fee of $100 per pet. - Pets must be house-trained. - Maximum of 2 pets each under 50 lbs. If you have more or larger dogs, please message us and we may be able to accommodate. - please do not have pets on furniture (beds, couches, chairs, etc.) - If pet hair is found in bed linens, additional cleaning fees will be applied. - If you plan to leave your pet alone at the property, it must be kept in a kennel/crate. - Please be respectful and clean up after your pet and throw waste away in the trash. ABSOLUTELY NO Smoking, vaping or use of any drugs Indoors. If any evidence is found indoors, you will incur a $500 fee upon departure.
