This newly remodeled studio is just a 15 minute drive to and from FLL Airport - ideal for a couple (2 people max). It is a 20 minute drive to the iconic Wave Wall Beach at Las Olas. This studio, (while adjoined to a multi-unit building), offers complete privacy with all access doors to the outside and exclusive access via keypad for you and your travel companions only. Includes: Full Bathroom, 1 closet, Mini Fridge/Microwave, Queen Bed, TV, Desk & Chair Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 10 AM The space This is your own private space to relax and unwind during your stay! Upon entering the Queen sized bed is to your right, next to it is a bedside table with remote. There is a mini split A/C for you to customize your temperature. On the left side is a closet door with closet for your belongings and a broom/dustpan and your towels. Straight ahead is the microwave, mini fridge, single desk and chair. Directly ahead is the smart tv on the wall in front of the bed, and to the right is the bathroom door entrance, on the wall before it is a full length mirror. Inside of the bathroom is your vanity and mirror, toilet and remodeled shower. The bright floors and finishes create a pleasant, luminous ambiance for your relaxation. All early check-ins must be pre-approved by host/cohost & payment confirmed before guest checks in early. Any check-out later than 10 am check out time will incur a $15 per hour late check-out fee. You are notified prior to booking that you are only to bring one car or less. Do not bring more than ONE car to the property at any time (even if the second guest is meeting you there, there cannot be more than 1 car). PARKING: You have ONE designated parking space, please do not disturb neighbors or park anywhere other than your designated parking space.
