The top floor of the home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 living area-stairs will lead you to the bottom floor which opens up to the 2nd living area, open kitchen/dining area and laundry room. *Gas Grill - Propane tank is provided. Use propane with caution as indicated on tank. *Lake - Kayaks, swim floats and life jackets are provided for LOZ fun but use at own risk. *Life Jackets - must be worn during Kayak use. Must be 16 to use kayak, unless supervised by adult. *Fire Wood - must bring own wood for Fire Pit. Fire extinguisher provided on property in case of emergency. *Trash – Like many neighborhoods at Lake of the Ozarks, our community uses a shared dumpster for trash disposal. It’s located just a short walk or quick drive around the corner from the property. Please be sure to dispose of all trash in the dumpster throughout your stay and prior to your departure.
