Escape from the city and enjoy life on a 13 acre farm. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath farmhouse with central AC, WIFI, laundry, fully equipped kitchen and relaxing cottage decor and furnishings throughout. Minutes drive downtown Blythe and the Colorado River. Sorry no pets or indoor smoking allowed. The space This vintage farmhouse has been fully remodeled while preserving its original country charm. Furnishings and decor have been carefully selected to create a relaxing farm cottage ambiance. One bedroom has 2 full beds and an en-suite full bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. There is an additional full bath with shower in the main level. Outdoor living space in front patio with BBQ. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the farmhouse. There is a second cottage on the 13 acre property that is used by the other guests. Also caretaker is onsite and lives on the property in a trailer. Other things to note We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, or wash cloths. Upon arrival we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. However if this is insufficient for a longer stay you will need to provide any addition quantity you need.
