The space The house is uniquely placed on the waterfront. It's a two story house with the living space and master bedroom on the upper floor to maximize the views then two bedrooms, half bathroom and garage on the lower level. The house does not have air conditioning. It has never gotten too hot. It has heating in all the rooms although not central heat. There's a lovely gas switch-on fireplace that quickly heats up the living room and kitchen and the bedrooms have heaters on the walls or space heaters which work very quickly to heat up the downstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is wooden floor to ceiling. It's got a wood cabin feel to it. The bathroom has heating bulbs that heat up immediately when one steps out of the shower. The living space is all renovated with new appliances and was designed to showcase the views of the water and allow in lots of light during the day with its southern exposure. Other things to note There is a small airport nearby so occasionally small Cessna airplanes fly over. They're not very noisy in their down run but just FYI. There's also a fog horn a few miles away. You might notice it at night when it's quiet.
