A beautiful ranch style farmhouse completely renovated in 2019. Less than 10 minutes to downtown and Wash Park. The property includes a full garage gym, Sauna, Hot tub, covered patio with fire pit, Master bath with full Tub and covered car port. This is our primary residence, but we love to share it with our guests when we are out of town. We hire a professional cleaning team to ensure the house is ready for our guests. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Whole House The entire house We are available via call or text during your stay. Very quiet and safe family neighborhood The neighborhood is very safe and perfect for taking a dog on a walk. There is a beautiful park 1 block away complete with jungle gym and walking path. There is an amazing French bakery called Detour .5 miles away and a great Family friendly restaurant called Esters a 5 min walk away. Cameras are installed for security purposes outside the house. One on the garage that faces the back door, one on the ring doorbell on the front door and one on the north side of the house that faces the garage. These are turned on at all times for us to monitor the security of our home.
