Guest access When you reserve this home, you will also have access to a private pool, located approximately a half mile from the home. This pool is only available for guests who reserve with our company. The pool is located in the Plumas Pines neighborhood. (Fireplace not available for guest use during summer peak vacation rental season) Other things to note You must be 25 years old (with proof of ID) to make a reservation one of our vacation rental homes.This is a pet friendly home. If you decide that you would like to bring your well behaved best friend with you (!), after you make a reservation and receive a confirmation email from us, simply reply to that email letting us know that you are bringing your pet and we can add the $98.00 non-refundable Pet Fee/pet to your reservation. Limit 2 dogs.
