Pet-friendly 4BR/3BA private home with pool & spa! This fully furnished, family-friendly retreat offers 2,100+ sq ft of comfort—just bring yourselves. Less than 9 miles from the beach and centrally located between Murrells Inlet, Surfside, and Myrtle Beach. Enjoy a fully fenced yard, kid essentials, RV/boat parking, 2 Intracoastal Waterway boat launches nearby, and 10+ golf courses close by. The space Back yard is fully enclosed with brand new privacy fence surrounding a 3-hole putting green, spa, and pool. This immaculate 36ft long pool has an enormous tanning shelf where you can relax on the lounge chairs or have your children safely play in shallow water. And don’t forget to swim over to the 10+ person table where you can gather as a group and chat or play games while staying cool in the pool! Guest access You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closet. Other things to note The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation. The Sweet Peach POOL & SPA RULES Mandatory quiet hours 10pm - 9am Swim at own risk No Lifeguard on duty Do not leave children unattended No pets allowed in pool or spa No running, diving, or rough play No glass in or near the pool No food in pool Pool toys only Use the bathroom, not the pool Thank you for keeping our pool clean for the next guests to enjoy! There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for heating the pool. You must contact the host at least 2 days in advance to enable this feature. The pool can be heated May through October only- depending on outside temps (no heating option November through April due to outside temperatures). The Spa can be used all year round. Please also note that if the pool is being heated, the heater will turn off when the spa is turned on. Our pet fee is $150 for the duration of your stay (max 2 dogs allowed on property).
