The laundry room and one of the two outdoor showers are located just off the exterior of the house and also accessible via the main house’s bathroom. The additional bedroom, complete with a queen bed, is located in the accessory dwelling. It offers a quiet and comfortable space with an ensuite bathroom. It’s perfect for those that like their space or like to sleep in. There is a second outdoor shower at the rear of the property for your use as well. It is very easy to access the property. From Highway 98, turn onto Kelly Street, right onto Bataan and then another right onto our street. Property will be on the right.
