Each room has its own unique personality for any occasion ranging from energetic play areas to quiet reading spaces. The property is two story. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are upstairs along with 1 full bathroom upstairs. 1 full bathroom can be found down stairs. A full size day bed with a twin sized trundle is located on the first floor. Guest access There is an abundance of parking in most cases. The neighborhood is very easy to navigate. Other things to note Congregate in the backyard. Follow all city ordinances regarding noise. No events or parties are allowed on the premises without notification and additional fee. (Limit 10 people) No controlled substances are allowed on the property. Smoking inside the establishment is prohibited. If any altercations occur, the police will be called and you will be removed from the premises without a refund! Unruly tenants will be removed from the premises without refund.
