A charcoal grill, cooler, and ice packs are ready for your BBQ plans.  Super-fast WiFi with Eero mesh boosters throughout — stream, work, and connect from anywhere in the house. A dedicated workspace with desk and monitor is available for guests who need to stay productive.  All rooms have AC and are outfitted with hypoallergenic pillows and down comforters. Fire starters and lighter provided (firewood not included but often available on-site). Rinse off at the outdoor beach shower before heading back inside. Guest access Arrival is effortless — your door code arrives before you do, and parking is right out front with no permits or time limits. Plenty of free street parking directly in front of and across from the house. Note: Street cleaning occurs twice per month. Please read posted signs on arrival. Other things to note Home is in an amazing spot for those who love to surf and snorkel. Private sand fire-pit area sits above the public beach which can be accessed via nearby public access points (ex. Cassidy Street Beach) Experienced beachgoers sometimes use the shoreline rocks behind the house at low tide at their own risk, but this is not a maintained or designated access route. The fire pit is one of the most loved features of the property. Fire starters and a lighter are provided; firewood is not included but is often available on-site. Dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $75 per pet / per stay applies. For families: Legoland is about 10 minutes away in Carlsbad. San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park are 35 miles south; Disneyland is about an hour north, making this a great home base for a Southern California trip. The weekly Sunset Market downtown features live music, food vendors, and a great family atmosphere. Don't miss the local taco shops, the California Surf Museum, or a sunset stroll along the strand. Flip-flops are practically required here.
