We have not missed A/C in the summer since being at 8000 ft of elevation usually keeps the area cool. WiFi and Smart TVs are available, with AT&T and T-Mobile cell service. In summer months a vehicle with decent tires should have no difficulty accessing the property. **In snowy or very muddy conditions an AWD/4WD with appropriate tires is critical for you to gain access to this home reliably. ** ----WINTER WEATHER INFO--- **Depending on the conditions you may rarely require traction devices or chains between the months of Nov/Dec and March/April to navigate the last 0.1 mile of the drive. Please arrive prepared to use these devices if needed.*** We do have a plowing service but despite this, the last 0.1 mile of the drive (Rocky Ridge Rd) is often snow packed with icy spots. PLEASE check out Colorado Dept of Transportation traction laws which are in effect from Sept 1 to May 1 throughout the state.
