This is a luxurious unit on the very top of Bellavista Condominiums (20th floor). It has a spectacular view of the central valley. The staff is very friendly, professional, and has a robust security entry protocol. This is a perfect unit for a family of up to 4, or a business person looking for privacy and comfort. This Condo is centrally located 10-15 minutes from SJO Airport, the capital (San Jose), while still close to the rain forest and about an hour from the closest beach. The space Mi casa es su casa (my home is your home) and our goal is for you and your family to take fond memories of your trip as you will have the entire place to yourselves. If you are traveling for business, this place will provide you with the necessary amenities you need to have a successful trip and close all your business deals in a private and secure setting. Our unit has 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and a sleeper sofa just in case. Though we only allow 4 guests at the time. You’ll never go hungry because there is an incredible array of restaurants, “sodas”, bars, pubs and no shortage of shopping malls either. There are several supermarkets within a mile distance as well. We will provide you with a guide carefully vetted to different places of interest you may want to try or visit. With the rental of this unit, you can have access to as many amenities as you will have in a hotel without paying a high price tag. Guest access All guests must be registered before arrival so that we can relay this information to the Security office. Guest not on the list will not be allowed in the premises. If you are receiving someone due to business, make sure you let us know so that we can let the Security office know. Any other visitors are not allowed. You are visiting a tropical country and the weather is unpredictable at times. Humidity can also feel higher than normal specially in rainy seasons. Be aware of your surroundings due to wildlife even if you are in the city.
