Nestled at the base of Colville Mountain, this 2 bedroom 1 bath place boasts a well equipped & fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, skylights, & breakfast bar. Perfect for longer stays with washer/dryer & 2 car garage. Built in 2014, our place is super clean & well taken care of. Enjoy the beautiful views while you eat on the deck. You will be staying in the front unit of an unconventional front/back duplex design with private entries. The space Enter into a comfy open floor plan living room (with natural gas fireplace), dining room, and kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hallway you will find a bathroom with double sinks, as well as two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The larger bedroom has a door connecting to the bathroom and is furnished with a queen bed and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a futon which converts to a full sized bed, a desk, and blackout curtains. Both the front and back doors lead to a large deck with gorgeous views of the valley set up with an outdoor dining table in the spring/summer/fall. Guest access You will have access to the entire place as well as the garage and deck. You are welcome to store items in the garage during your stay.
