The space Place on the water in Lake Havasu City AZ on the island in Sams Beachcomber Resort. It is a cozy 1 bedroom unit with Master bedroom (King bed) and living room with pull out sleeper (queen) and 1 bath with contemporary remodel. Newly added hot tub for your private use on the deck with amazing view of the water! (Side note: If you use the spa it is never to be turned down below 100 degrees and cover must be put back on otherwise there will be a charge) Outside: Huge Deck that is On The Water that has private stairs to the water with small private beach. It has an outdoor 8 person table , and outdoor couch that seats up to 8 people and can be made up like a huge bed for snuggling with your special someone! Oh yeah did I mention they ALL overlook the lake?! BBQ/ Grill outside for grilling, Inside: Full kitchen with cooking top, convection oven/microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, toaster, and other misc items you would need in a kitchen. Stocked with dishes and cooking items. HDTV in living room / bedroom with cable, premium channels, and high speed wireless internet. (No DVD player) Pets welcome if potty trained. I have on listing that it is not safe for 2-12 year old's. The reason is for the safety issue with the outdoor deck as there are not gates for the stairs as of yet. It is at your discretion if it is appropriate and safe for your child/ pet. Tesla/EV 220 V charger on site (see pic for hook up configuration to see if it’s compatible). Boat parking: There are 3 spots you can park your boat starting with my favorite. 1) Mooring bouy right in front of unit 2) Cove located 2 units over with stairs leading down (first come first serve basis) 3) Docks at resort for 26ft or less (avail for small fee of approx $10 per day from resort) you cannot reserve but are first come first serve and have to go to guard when you arrive. $50 additional fee if booked within 48 hours of booking dates as the resort will assign this fee to myself due to late booking. Guest access Resort has newly renovated clubhouse with pool, spa, horseshoes, small gym, and game room. There is also a resort laundry room about 200 feet up the road in resort if needed (fees apply). Other things to note I will have access to the shed and boat that is parked on the side of the driveway during your stay. Boat is NOT included in rental nor is it available for rent! Golf cart is available to rent for $100 for the entire stay to explore resort, go to recreation center center for resort pool, game room, gym, etc. (no street access) Please keep in mind we do not mind small gatherings but no excess guest over 10 people and only guest on the reservation can spend the night. If there is a party there will be a charge of $50 per person but also an additional party fee of $500. Arizona TPT license #2153595
