The space This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island. Beach Club 236 underwent a total renovation in 2018 and includes many unique features which we know you will love! The kitchen and bathroom have all be updated to include a large walk in shower in the master.The pictures speak for themselves! Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn. In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area. Beach Club 236 requires a 5 night stay throughout the year. Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact. Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guest access Guests will check in at one of our 3 office locations or directly at the property. After booking we will send a confirmation with specific check in instructions that will include gate codes, door codes, etc. Other things to note Please note that due to community regulations, parties are not permitted in any of our properties. All reservations will be required to sign a rental agreement that verifies age, check in, check out times and other important information.
