All doorways are 36" (excluding back door). Hallway is handicap accessible. Bedroom one is furnished with a cozy queen size bed, dresser, and a 60" Roku TV. Ceiling fan with remote. Large walk in closet. Private bathroom with bathtub and double sink vanity. Bedroom two is furnished with a cozy queen size bed with gorgeous night stands. Ceiling fan with remote. Bedroom 3 is adorned with 2 matching twin beds, a night stand. Ceiling fan with remote. The custom built kitchen with granite countertops feature new appliances such as a glass top stove/oven and a refrigerator. We also provide a microwave and keurig (with coffee!) The kitchen is stocked with the basics you need to cook for yourself or a large group. We provide: pots/pans, serving/mixing bowls, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, wine glasses, small crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, blender, cutting board with knifes, fire extinguisher, dish towels, and more. Please note there is not a dining room table, but the island does provide barstool seating with 2 barstools. The large, open living area is furnished with a large modern sofa and two comfortable chairs. Large 60' Roku TV. Ceiling fan with remote. We provide WiFi and smart Roku tvs. The spacious guest bathroom features a walk in shower with single vanity sink. We provide a blow dryer, fresh towels/wash cloths/hand towels. Washer & Dryer are free for guest use during their stay. Guest will also be provided with a start up kit of shampoo/conditioner, body wash, resolve, dish soap with handle sponge cleaner, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, salt/pepper, spray oil, and oatmeal. **Bridal parties accepted on a conditional basis- please message us prior to requesting to see if we are a good fit and for the additional fee for hosting. Guest access Guest have private access to entire house and yard. Please message host if you would like additional housekeeping. Longer stays are required to have the housekeeper every 2 weeks. Unauthorized animals on premises will result in immediate termination of reservation without refund and a $500+ fee. NO LOCALS without prior approval. Please note we do have a yard crew that maintains the yard. We do not control their schedule and we can not cancel them for guest stays. No events, gathering, nor parties are allowed in this space.
