THE HOME: Kitchen: Located on the first floor, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain. Guests can enjoy multiple coffee options including a Keurig, French Press, Pour Over, and Drip Coffee Maker. We stock every stay with K-cups, sugar, and creamer – your caffeine fix is covered. Living Room: Comfort meets function in the spacious living room, complete with seating for 7 and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. High-speed WiFi keeps you connected and streaming-ready. First Floor Master Bedroom: One of two master suites, this bedroom features a queen-sized bed, plenty of storage, a full en suite bathroom, and even a stackable washer and dryer tucked inside the closet for your convenience. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. *QUIET HOURS - at Westport Oasis begin at 10PM-7:30 AM on weeknights and 11PM-7:30AM on weekends. Guest must be willing to refrain from using the hot tub, outside socializing and music during quiet hours to comply with KC residential noise ordinance laws & to avoid waking our sleeping neighbors. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is fenced for those furry companions!
