Located in Seven Coves, ground floor, waterfront, free day use boat dock right behind the unit, kayak, all amenities are steps away: basketball, tennis court, playground, 2 seasonal swimming pools by the lake, seasonal hot tub at the Wave, marina, bike, boat, jet ski rental, Southern Empress paddleboat dinner cruise, fishing pier, restaurant and bar with live music. 1 kitchen, kitchenette, 2 full baths with jetted tubs, 3TVs, washer, dryer, games, cards, inflatables, beach towels, life jackets The space Condo has 2 separate entrances, ground floor, free parking, sleeps 8 including queen sofa in the living room. Also has an airbed if needed. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, full fridge, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, butler's pantry with bar essentials, Dining for 8 People. (4 at table and 4 at counter) Also have 1 kitchenette in the studio unit with another table and chairs, mini fridge, drip coffee machine, microwave and dishes. Unit has 2 full baths with jetted tub, 3 TVs (APPS) In unit full size washer and dryer, living room has lots of games, puzzles, playing cards. Patio deck box with inflatables, kayak, air pump, basketball, tennis rackets, water guns, balls life jackets. We also supply beach towels. Beautiful open waterfront. Lake is just a few steps from the furnished, gated back patio, outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella. You can fish from your backyard. You can also use our boat dock right behind the unit. Seven Coves has a marina, 2 seasonal pools, (one resort style is right next to the condo with indoor/outdoor restaurant and pool side bar. Restaurant is serving food and drinks at the pool. Southern Empress Dinner Cruise departs from Seven Coves. Guest access Full access to 2/2 condo Other things to note Free parking is available for multiple vehicles. No parking pass needed for condo parking. The marina boat dock/launch pass will give you access to boat launch and all the amenities. Boat dock is right behind the unit, all you have to do is walk out and open the patio gate. Grill is a charcoal grill. If you want to use it, bring your own briquette and please clean it out.
