The Lake View Loft is NEWLY REMODELED and now includes a fully equipped kitchen! Our loft is a light-filled studio located in our garage apartment with a lake view balcony and quick access to our waterfront dock. Spend your time swimming or kayaking or relaxing with a glass of wine while enjoying a beautiful sunset. Hiking at Lake Norman State Park is only 5 minutes away. Located just 45 min from Charlotte, the Lake View Loft is the perfect getaway for a couple or solo traveler. The space Important Things to Know Before You Book: -1-2 adults only (25+), there are stairs leading up to the loft. -Our dock & kayaks are available for your use during your stay- don't forget to enjoy a sunset overlooking the water! -Life jackets are provided, please note that guests swim & kayak at their own risk as we do not have lifeguard oversight. Our goal is to have our guests see the love we have put into the Lake View Loft, with its simple, stylish decor and thoughtful touches. The area offers so much for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat in a beautiful peaceful setting. LIVING AREA: Roku TV (bring your own sign-in credentials) for streaming. Enjoy views of the lake from the couch! SLEEPING AREA: King size bed with hypoallergenic bedding. Closet with plenty of space for your clothes. It's located on a waterfront property in a quiet cove where you can enjoy frequent sightings of deer, waterfowl and a variety of song birds. Bring a fishing pole and fish right off the dock. Guest access We have parking space for one car. Since the loft is above our garage there is a flight of stairs leading to it. Other things to note Since our loft is above our garage you may hear the garage door opening in the mornings. We try not to open it before 8am.
