Oceanside Retreat

A short walk from the beach, come enjoy your stay at this cozy ocean view retreat. Sip your cup of coffee or enjoy a nice dinner while watching the sunrise/sunset on the balcony. This cute little gem is close to many bars/restaurants. Golf cart available and recommended at the lowest rate on the island with condo rental. This 1/1 king suite has a brand new memory foam mattress, a futon couch/bed, & 2 smart TV’s. Beach chairs and equipment included. The space Full living room with sofa bed, coffee and side tables and a 55 inch smart TV, dining set for 2 by the window with water view, bar seating for 4, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer available for guests to use, King size bed with en-suite bathroom, and balcony with oversized adirondack balcony chairs and table. Guest access When you get to the island, turn left down Whitecap blvd and they will be the yellow condo's on your right. * Pass up the first entrance and go down to the road behind the condos called Windward. Turn right on Windward and enter the condos through the back by taking a right into the parking lot. The unit is on the 3rd floor all the way to the right closest to the ocean. The parking space is just below it at # 43. *Take the stairs on the far right when facing the building, and go to the top floor. The condo is the first one on your left when you get to the top of the stairs. *Use the keypad on the door knob to enter (text me for code or refer to check in instructions). *Step in and make yourself at home! Golf Cart Details and access: If you are interested in renting the golf cart, please text or message me on Airbnb. Summer 2024 prices are as follows and are exclusively for guests renting the condo. 4 Seater Club Car/gas powered. 1 day = $150 2 days = $250 3 days = $300 Every day after day 2 = $50 per day. We will lend our Bose speaker as well with a $200 deposit. This is refundable as long as we get the speaker back in good condition. We also have a Yetti cooler we can lend if needed. The same $200 deposit will work for the cooler as well. As long as we get both back there will be no charge. Access to golf cart will be set up by request with each guest. We can deliver it to you at the condo or beach, or it can be picked up from us (about a 5 minute drive from the condo).
