Welcome to “The Desert Jewel” in the Historic Litchfield Park area! You will fall in love with this spacious home, with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and memorable getaway! We do have a 30 day minimum, send me an inquiry with your dates and lets talk about a monthly discount. In addition to the four beautifully appointed bedrooms, the house consists of a fully stocked game room, an oversized den with a ping-pong table, dry bar and TV and a large living room for entertaining with a theater sized TV for movie night! The spacious master guest room features a king sized bed with a beautiful ensuite master bathroom which includes an oversized soaking tub, shower, dual sinks and a walk-in closet that is large enough to double as a nursery. The master bedroom also has a private doorway onto the patio and pool. The 2nd and 3rd guest rooms have king size beds with a bathroom just across the hallway. The 4th guest room has two bunk beds and comes with pull out Trundle beds allowing it to sleep up to 6 guests! Home Activities We wanted our home to give our guests everything they could wish for in entertainment. We have included a game table that easily seats 6 and offers much more than just cards and poker, as well as a ping pong table for some friendly competition. There is a separate game room focused on our younger guests with a FoosBall Table, board games, and a brand new commercial tabletop arcade console with 60 plus classic arcade games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Asteroid and Centipede just to name a few. Of course one would expect a nice outdoor space for entertaining in a home like this but we feel ours takes that expectation to a whole new level. When you step out onto the beautiful travertine patio and pool deck, your senses will come alive with the relaxing sound of splashing water emanating from the dual waterfalls spilling into the luxurious pool. Relax in the sun in one of the comfy loungers. For those that enjoy some more friendly competition, enter into an exciting game of cornhole. Relax around the fire table after a pleasant outdoor meal prepared on the commercial grade BBQ. Guest Access Guests are invited to enjoy the entire home without restriction. Extra Amenities We know how hard it can be to get a good night’s sleep when away from home and have gone to great lengths to ensure the best night's sleep possible by investing in extremely comfortable mattresses and top of the line sheets. We also provide spa quality soaps, shampoos, lotions and towels in all of our bathrooms. In addition, we want to be very conscientious of our guests with sensitivities to some detergents and have provided a few detergent options for your use while staying with us. Please let us know in advance and we are happy to prepare our home for your stay using ALL FREE AND CLEAR detergent on your sheets and towels. Guests can enjoy the entire home. I will be available at all times to answer any questions. Please do not hesitate to reach out. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The home is located in Litchfield Park. It is within a mile of the quaint Litchfield downtown where you'll find delicious restaurants and the Wigwam Resort. It is also very close to multiple Baseball Spring Training facilities. It is within 5 miles and 10 mins of the White Sox and Dodgers spring training facility and within 7 miles of the Cincinnati Reds facility. It is 7 miles from the State Farm Cardinals Stadium and the Gila River Arena. It is only 11 miles from Phoenix International Raceway. There are two grocery stores and Starbucks within 1 mile. For the avid shopper there are outlets within 8 miles. GETTING AROUND Super easy! Our home is close to so much! Restaurants, grocery store, Starbucks, centrally located to all you need.The Desert Jewel is centrally located to EVERYTHING! Minutes from the Wigwam golf resort, restaurants, Westgate entertainment District, NFL and NHL stadiums, and close to multiple Baseball Spring Training facilities. Please know this is a peaceful neighborhood and we encourage a good time, but this is not a party house. ;)
