The space This Single Story home has been updated with a contemporary cabin vibe to ensure your comfort. The light and bright open concept floorplan and vaulted ceilings add to the open feel of the space. The living room features a super comfortable Sofa/Loveseat combination and oversized cozy chair with views out into the National Forest. There is no shortage of entertainment with the 55 inch wall mounted smart TV allowing you to login and access all your favorite streaming platforms or turn on the DVD player and select a movie from the collection of DVDs. When it's game time, enjoy a selection of Board games and puzzles for the whole family. Adjacent to the open concept living area you will find two spacious bedrooms. Newly updated, each bedroom features a cozy king size bed and wall mounted, 32 inch Roku-enabled smart TV, allowing you to login and enjoy your favorite streaming platforms. Additionally, each bedside table is outfitted with a night lamp with multiple USB ports and an outlet for your device charging convenience. Finally, each bedroom has ample double door closets with hangers and built in shelving for your unpacking and storage needs. The eat-in Kitchen with a dining table that seats six is fully stocked with everything you will need to create your next Gourmet meal. Amenities include a gas stove and oven, a complete set of cookware, ceramic bakeware set, cookie sheets, serving dishes, toaster, crock pot, charcuterie platter and more. And for the coffee lovers, enjoy your choice of Nespresso complete with several complimentary capsules, Cusinart drip coffee maker, french press or cold brew coffee maker. Bring your favorite ground coffee or enjoy our complimentary starter packets of Arabica coffee! The newly updated bathroom is situated adjacent to the bedrooms and is updated with the same contemporary cabin vibe featuring new fixtures and boasts rapid-on hot water for your comfort. We stock shampoo and conditioner for your use along with hand soap. Just off the Kitchen you will find the large deck with stunning views of the Pine trees and over half an acre property. Late spring through early fall or until the first snowfall the deck is complete with a large and super comfortable conversation set, propane firepit, gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table with umbrella and chairs. Out back enjoy the oversized hammock or get competitive with a game of Cornhole then unwind around the wood burning Solo Stove firepit and roast some S'mores set up late spring through early fall! Late fall through winter head out to the covered front porch and get cozy around the gas fire pit. Watch the snowfall as you relax into comfortable outdoor chairs with seating for up to four people. The property line of Magical Meadowmont meets The Stanislaus National Forest. Walk through the backyard and into the forest where you meet up with the Arnold Rim Trail and head to The Top of the World. In the winter, strap on the snow shoes provided and show shoe through the backyard and into the Meadow just inside the National Forest. Nearby attractions include Calaveras Big Trees State Park 12 minutes from Magical Meadowmont where you will enjoy hiking in the Summer and Fall and Cross Country Skiing and Snow shoeing in the Winter and Spring. White Pines Lake just 6 minutes from Magical Meadowmont is a public lake that offers lake life at it's finest with swimming, small boating, a beach, picnic tables, pickle ball and more. Guest access Please be advised that PG&E is in the process of undergrounding the powerlines in our neighborhood and as such you may experience stops or delays on the roads leading to the cabin. This work is being done for the safety of everyone in the area and to prevent future wildfires. The driveway will accommodate up to three cars comfortably. All parts of the property are accessible to the guests with the exception of the Garage and Owners closets. Other things to note Each stay comes with all the S'mores fixings for a fun night of roasting S'mores at the outdoor firepit only. Additional amenities for use during your stay: * Beach/Lake towels (available late spring through early fall) stored in the dining table bench. * Insulated picnic tote with basic cutlery, plastic plates, bottle opener and bottle stopper. * Two small snow sleds for sledding at the cabin when there is snow on the ground at the cabin * DVD player and collection of movies from a variety of genres * Variety of puzzles and board games * * Kitchen is stocked with starter supply of spices, sugar packets, sweetener, a variety of tea and hot cocoa, 4 Nespresso capsules and 2 single serve packs of Arabica coffee along with a starter set of single serve olive oil
