The additional bedroom can be used as an additional sleeping area or dedicated office space with access to a printer, monitor, keyboard/mouse, and microphone. The living room features a premium 4k OLED TV with surround sound for movie nights. Guest access The house is a duplex and you'll have complete private access to the unit. The backyard is shared with the other unit in the building.
