The space Step into a treehouse designed for both adventure and comfort, with 19-foot ceilings and massive picture windows that frame panoramic lake views from both floors. The main floor features a 12’ x 12’ full kitchen with an island and barstools, a 24’ x 12’ living area for gathering and play, and a 12’ x 12’ bathroom with a large walk-in shower complete with nature views. Upstairs, the open loft bedroom includes a king bed and a toddler bed, overlooking the living space below and offering treetop and lake views. Adjacent to the loft is a fully enclosed bedroom with a queen bed and a door for privacy. For families with little ones, a pack ’n play is also provided. The full-size couch in the living area is perfect for relaxing, reading, or an afternoon nap between lake adventures. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the wraparound porch, watching the sunset through the soaring windows, playing mini golf, paddling in the kayaks, or firing up a round of Pac-Man, this treehouse is designed to help you unplug, relax, and create lasting memories. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire treehouse and the property surrounding it during their stay. This includes: • The wraparound porch with panoramic lake views • Shoreline with kayaks available for your use • Mini golf course, playground, swings, and arcade games inside the treehouse • Firepit for cozy evenings under the stars You’ll also have access to a private driveway with parking right next to the treehouse for easy loading and unloading. The only thing shared is the lake itself, everything else is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. Whether you’re here for quiet mornings on the water or action-packed afternoons with the kids, this property is yours to make unforgettable memories. Other things to note • The treehouse has an open loft bedroom with a banister railing that overlooks the living area below. Families with young children should be mindful of the loft’s open design. • Designed with 19-foot ceilings and massive windows, the treehouse offers panoramic lake and treetop views. In spring and summer, the tree canopy provides soft, filtered light, while fall and winter bring bright, open skies and stunning sunset views. • The property is lakefront, but the shoreline is best for launching kayaks or relaxing nearby. For swimming, we recommend the sandy beach at The Landing, just steps away. • Guests also have access to a reserved boat slip at the nearby marina, just a 3-minute walk door to door. Whether you’re bringing your own boat or renting, it’s easy to enjoy days out on the water. • The Landing restaurant is open seasonally, from Masters weekend in April through Labor Day in September. Outside of those months, enjoy the peace and quiet the lake has to offer. • Expect the charm of a true treehouse experience, surrounded by nature, with occasional visits from deer, birds, and other wildlife. • A toddler bed and pack ’n play are provided, but please note there are stairs and an open loft railing, so supervision is required for little ones. • The energy of the lake shifts with the seasons, spring and summer bring lively activity and events, while fall and winter offer peaceful solitude and cozy lakeside sunsets.
