With National Forest trails to walk through in the neighborhood, there is plenty to do while you are hanging out in Big Bear. Walk into the entrance to the comfortable living space, complete with a charming couch with chaise lounge in front of the crackling wood fireplace. Off the living room is the efficient kitchen with white-brick backsplash and gas-fired range. A mid-century modern dining room table completes the space. Watch your favorite movies on the mounted flat-screen television. The living arrangements include one bedroom with a lavish King-sized bed with wood ceiling beams. The second bedroom houses a newer Queen-sized bed and picture window with views of the lovely natural beauty surrounding the home. The bathroom has been freshly updated with a newer vanity and floors. The finishes throughout the home are both comfortable yet contemporary. The backyard is fenced in and has a patio for use. With the cabin being so close to all the amenities that the Big Bear community has to offer, you will never be bored! The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign. No amplified music 24/7 Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.   Head inside at 10:00 p.m. Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets. Take trash to dumpster locations Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations: 41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Fines The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.   Eviction Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund.
