Permit #110620 The space Step through the private front gates and enjoy an amazing courtyard with a newly built swimming pool/jacuzzi, barbecue, and plenty of seating. Heating of the spa is free of charge, we do not have the ability to heat the pool. As you enter the home though the front french doors you will find an open floor plan with kitchen, living room, dining room, and family room acting as one great room. The kitchen features a massive island with plenty of seating, wine fridge and under counter outlets for charging. Coffee maker, spice rack, microwave, toaster and refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishes, pots and pans, knife set, and utensils are a few of the amenities that are included in the kitchen. Enjoy the dining room for family dinners. The family room has a television with spectrum cable, and a pullout queen sofa bed. Washer and dryer located in the garage. Living room has a wine bar with a under counter wine fridge. All of the bedrooms are on one side of the house, separated from the living space. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds and Tv's with spectrum cable. Both bedroom have there own walk in closest and share a newly renovated hallway bathroom. The Master suite has a California King Bed, television with spectrum cable, walk in closet, bathroom with shower and french doors that lead to the courtyard pool and spa. All rooms come with nightlights/charging station on nightstand. Hall closet has extra towels and bedding. Bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hand soap, and blow dryer. WiFI, linens, pillows, pool towels are provided. Washer, dryer, iron, steamer, first aid kit.
