Stay in the heart of Indy near-downtown neighborhoods when you book this freshly renovated, welcoming and bright family home. You will have a private parking for several cars in the long driveway with a carport. We are located in a quiet, urban neighborhood with a short walk to several trails. There are two full kitchens and four living room spaces so guests can spread out freely. The freshly renovated home has everything you'll need to stay comfortably and safely in the heart of Indianapolis. The house is clean and practical with plenty of space and storage. It is particularly suitable for large groups, able to easily host up to 16 people (potentially more if squeezing in on couches and the provided air mattress). Please note that the home is pet friendly. We complete full cleanings between bookings, but be aware if you have allergies. The house has two entrances - on the front and on the side of the house, and available for self check-in with provided keypad codes. Guests have access to the whole home. We'll be available in Indianapolis if any help is needed. We generally provide the keypad codes and will not meet guests unless requested. Quiet family street and old neighborhood that is seeing a huge boost in new and renovated homes. A new park has been built at the end of the block and is a great spot for kids or cookouts. There are several families nearby with kids that play on the street and in their yards, so please be respectful of others. The neighborhood is continually being improved with the last couple houses on the block being renovated this year. Recommend having a car as nearby is mostly residential space. However there are several walking and biking trails which you can reach on foot. There are also public bus stops within 5 minutes walking. This includes washing bedding, towels, disinfecting surfaces, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. You will be charged the same rate as the cleaning fee listed. This goes directly to the cleaners. Please reach out to schedule this at least a week in advance. Guests cannot be home during the cleaning.
