If you find yourself with a sunny day, which happens often here in Florida, stop by the complex pool and get yourself some Vitamin D and a great tan! Two bedrooms with queen sized beds, fully stocked kitchen, seating for five, and a pull out couch in the living room to sleep extra guests. Guests will have access to the entire home. This is an older complex and is quiet while still close to all of Gainesville's big areas! UF campus is only a 5 minute drive and Shands hospital is within walking distance of the home. The complex has a pool that is shared amongst other tenants. Please remember to place the parking pass in your car as they do enforce towing in the area. We only have TWO passes. Guests are responsible for replacement of any lost keys, a $50 charge. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance of the home and if you are willing to hop in the car and drive, your options for food, adventure, and entertainment are right at your fingertips! Parking downtown is limited during special events such as Gator games, and weekends. There are ride sharing taxi options available in the area like Lyft and Uber. Gainesville also offers standing and sitting scooters for rent. Simply find one parked on the sidewalk, download the app, and scoot around town for fast, fun, and easy way to beat the traffic! There is a pool in the complex that guests are welcome to use. This is shared with other tenants. The complex also has a laundry room with paid machines that are open to guests ands residents. EARLY CHECK-IN Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
