Welcome to our house! At this location you will find a private area of our house which is the complete downstairs area of our bi-level. This area is separated by a locked door on both sides. In this private area you will find a bedroom that includes a queen bed, high top pub table, mini fridge, microwave, coffee bar, and a full bathroom. The space This location is a full size bi-level residential house. The downstairs area of the house is separated from the top by a locked door which locks on both sides so guests can ensure their safety. This is a private area completely separated from the upper level and has a private entrance. My wife and I live in the upstairs area with our two chocolate labs. This private downstairs space includes a bedroom with a queen bed, living room, and full bathroom. The bedroom has a high top pub table, microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee bar which includes a Keurig. In the living room you will find a couch, electric fireplace, 55in TV, pub table, and long bar table. Guests are also more than welcome to use our newly installed stamped concrete patio which is a shared area with us that includes a fire pit, patio furniture, and swing. Guest access Parking is available for free along the street right in front of our house. Other things to note Conveniently located to Interstate 81. Close to Shippensburg University, Wilson College, Gettysburg College, Dickinson College Activities: Close to Caladonia State Park where you can hike, bike, fish, and swim. World renowned fly fishing to include: Falling Spring, Big Spring, and Letort Spring creeks.
