Please note: There are no bedrooms on the main level. All bedrooms are located on the upper floors. Guest access The entire vacation home, yard, and on site parking. We are currently using the detached garage for storage. Other things to note This home has four-stories, so keep in mind there are a lot of stairs. Please enjoy and respect this quiet neighborhood in the esteemed historic district. Mid-Term Guest Policy: For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in: 📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person. 📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests. 📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host. 📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.
