The Primary bedroom is a nice size and comfortably fits a new plush king sized mattress, (2022) a dresser, night stands, ceiling fans and a Samsung HD 43" TV. The ensuite bathroom has a Shower with small bathtub, and all the essentials, including shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and more. The secondary bedroom has a new (2022) queen mattress, night stand, and a walk in closet which has storage for your clothes. The third bedroom also has a new (2022) queen mattress, night stand, ceiling fan and a walk in closet with storage area for your clothes. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have their own individual bathrooms directly across the hall, with shower, shampoo, and body wash for your use. The family room is a nice size and has a lovely picture window of the Superstition Mountain range! There is a comfortable seating area with several recliners, (in couch, loveseat and chair). There is a ceiling fan, coffee table and a new HD Samsung 65" Smart TV. The pet friendly laundry room has a large dog crate for your use, ceramic tile in this room, and the ability to shut the hallway door to keep pets comfortable in an air conditioned pet friendly area. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use, along with some family games including corn hole. The pool area has an extended covered patio with dining table and 6 seats. You will find a propane BBQ with a mini frig for your use. There are 2 lounge chairs to relax in by the pool. The pool is a salt pool, it is about 36' long, 16' wide and 8' deep at the deep end. It is not heated. There is a basketball hoop in the shallow end and a diving board. Don't forget your sun screen! There are several inflatable toys and rafts available for your use. There are 2 exits from the house to the pool area. Please watch your pets and kids around the pool area. The pool area can get slippery when wet like any wet pool area. There are several citrus trees for your use, including a key lime tree! This is a low maintenance desert yard to put you in the desert mood. There are 2 fences around the property. One is a lower height perimeter fence. If you have a pet who likes to jump, this might be a time to keep your baby of a leash. There are 2 gates to gain access to the property. One gate (manually operated) is the main parking area, carport and driveway. The other gate (also manually operated) is for additional parking trailer, RV or a big truck. The carport is low and would not fit a large lifted truck but it can park in driveway or the side yard. Please keep gates closed. The detached metal building is not included without prior agreement to guests. There is also a large shed which is not included without prior agreement. Guests will not be able to Access or use garages and shed unless pre-arranged. We live close by and will be available to meet you or you can have self check in.
