Welcome to this incredibly unique luxury family home. Central urban location close to everything yet opens up into the majestic Natural Park in the back, which makes you feel far away from the city! Upon entering you will be in awe with the breathtaking views that flows throughout the entire main floor. This gorgeous family home is steps away from public transport, shopping, parks, all other amenities and has easy access to the major attractions. The space Our house comes with a large dining area that is a great place to gather with family and allows easy access to the balcony that overlooks the nature park. The great living area boasts a stunning view and is open to the fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen, which offers an oversize island. There is also a main floor office/den that can be easily used as a working space. The staircase leads you to the upper level where you will find 3 bedrooms including the master (with vaulted ceiling) that offers a spa-like ensuite that is complemented by a relaxing corner jacuzzi tub, heated tiled floors, separate shower. We have a long-term tenant on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. So, you will have full privacy during your stay. Please note that this is a pet-free property. If you join us by automobile feel free to park a car by the side of the garage. Once you enter the driveway you will see a parking slot for 1 car. It is a small slot so you can offload your bags on the driveway and then back off and park there. We also have free street ample parking on both sides of the road. Guest access You can get to our house by public transit, as there is a bus that runs along Westview Drive, with bus stop is at the doorsteps, and can take you to Lonsdale Quay (where you can transfer to the SeaBus and go downtown) or to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, both of which are about 10 minutes by bus and 5 mins by car. If you join us by bus, you should also know there is lots of options for groceries, restaurants and retail stores along Lonsdale avenue, which is no further than a 15 minute walk. There are also loads of buses on Lonsdale that can take you all over the North Shore and beyond. Other things to note Dear guests please note, we have a long-term tenant in the basement with a separate entrance. Please limit noise like loud conversation, TV, music after 11pm. Kindly asking to be more respectful to the neighbours. We are a family of 4 that loves to travel and we look forward to welcoming you to this amazing part of the world.
